Ingredients for 1 portion:
|½ tbsp.||Nut and berry -mix|
|¼ dl||Egg and cream mix|
Nut and berry -mix:
|Nuts (for example: almond, pistachio, pecan, cashew, etc)|
Egg and cream mix
|5 dl||Crème fraîche|
|1 tblsp.||Vanillin sugar|
Chop nuts roughly and cut apricots into cubes. Mix together.
Egg and cream mix:
Mix ingredients together, for best result use blender.
Thaw House bun and cut it in half. Cut 1 half into 4 pieces and place in muffin cup, add nut and berry mix and fill with egg and cream -mix. Do not fill to the brim with egg and cream -mix as the bun needs space to rise. Bake at 180 °C approximately 12 minutes.
