80 g cream cheese, natural
120 g Chèvre
4 big strawberries

Thaw Pecan baguette for 60 minutes and cut in 4 pieces. Slice the pieces horizontally into half and spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese for each piece. Cut the cheese into 8 slices (approximately 15g /slice) and slice all strawberries. Place strawberries and cheese slices on the bottom half. Cover with top half.
