Ingredients for 1 portion:

1/2  House bun
½ tbsp. Nut and berry -mix
¼ dl Egg and cream mix

Nut and berry -mix:

  Nuts (for example: almond, pistachio, pecan, cashew, etc)
  Yellow raisins
  Dried apricots

Egg and cream mix

5 dl Crème fraîche
1 dl Sugar
1 tblsp. Vanillin sugar
1 Egg

Chop nuts roughly and cut apricots into cubes. Mix together.

Egg and cream mix:

Mix ingredients together, for best result use blender.

Thaw House bun and cut it in half. Cut 1 half into 4 pieces and place in muffin cup, add nut and berry mix and fill with egg and cream -mix. Do not fill to the brim with egg and cream -mix as the bun needs space to rise. Bake at 180 °C approximately 12 minutes.
